I know, Christmas is a dim memory, but some of the shops in Blackheath have yet to dispense with their decorations.
When I was walking Billy late today, I took a good look at this window, which is a nod to the Blackheath legend of Govetts Leap.
In this instance Santa is berating the kangaroo for heading into the valley.
"Hells bells Skip, you're heading the wrong way!!"

Only Blackheathens will have any idea what I'm talking about:)
