making a dent in the shagged out sofa this morning...>looks down and shakes head mournfully< a trip to sofas are us on the cards in january I guess... last nites shift went well..when i say well i mean near manic at times .. heavy programme last nite as Macs continues to get up to fever pitch throughout the school hols. The guy that clears out the returning trucks.. known to us as a stripper... was getting buried under empty bun trays, cue 2 hours of tidying and stacking them in to a nice (and manageable) forest of plastic for me.. good excercise and didnt it make the nite go fast. Dave "doris" was at the other end of the warehouse loading the trucks, which is just as well, hes hyperactive .. he was in the year above me at school and the fastest sprinter the school produced,, i think he has the heart rate of a mouse..2 to 3 hundred beats a minute...im sure he sleeps with his eyes wide open...would explain the nervous twitch he has... time zipped through to 6 am.. and home,, bed by seven up at ten..stare at the computer,,stare some more..wondering what planet im on...actually feeling good,, ok perhaps not at my most alert but i only have a short journey starting at 4 pm today and then 19 glorious days off...oh yeah can ya feel that ..freedom.... gigs a plenty.. days out with the girls ..oh yeah welcome August..month of two trips up to birmingham to do alan davey from hawkwind in concert and the Christians ...august is gonner be super busy ..
