"The insubstantial pageant of life"

Another from memory lane...created bit by bit...I recall including 2 figurines made by hand, with each kiln load. I was creating commissioned hand built pottery for commercial outlets. They were repetitious and boring so doing something of my own choice kept my creative juices flowing.  I tried to capture moments in life's journey ...eg. Characters who step on you & those who reach out to help/accidents that happen (the spilt paint and the dog having a piddle)/Aspirations (the family at the top)  and in the centre the onlookers who do little to nothing.   Yay! 2025 is off and running - good luck everyone and hold onto your hat!  J
