Fun guy

Every time I go to Iron Hill at the moment there is something new to see. Today it was wild raspberries and fungi; who knows what it will be tomorrow. Basil also had a close encounter with a group of young ramblers but he was very brave and slunk past them with his tail down rather than running back the way we'd come, which is what he usually does in mildly perilous situations.

Talking of Basil, the boys had some friends to stay overnight last night and they slept in the living room - and Basil chose to stay there with them all night too. I guess at heart he just wants to be one of the boys rather than a mummy's boy...
