Invisible mending

Yesterday, Luna and I went to a reclamation yard and bought some old floorboards.
6 inch boards to match our house but 1” thick meant that I needed to plane off a good 5mm (to mix metaphors).
Replaced a wormy bit of floor and then re-replaced some boards that I had temporarily replaced with modern 14cm boards.
Hopefully more coats of varnish will tone them down a bit…
