2025 Day 1

We left home at 9 last night and swung by the EXPO 2020 site before we arrived at our friends' S&G's home. They had a few young people who stayed until the fireworks. Apart from that, Susan had her sister visiting and Gladson had a colleague from work. We had a lovely evening chatting and then watching the Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah fireworks. Unfortunately, all my pictures have camera shake so I can't use any here. The group photo before the young people left came out OK.

I think I finally got into bed around 4 AM and emerged around 9:30. G made us a fantastic roast lunch. I couldn't resist switching on my work laptop to see what was there and ended up putting in a few hours at the office.

The best news of the day though, was my channel hitting 50,000 subscribers. To say I am over the moon would be an understatement.
