Admiring the Christmas tree

My grandson Sulo plays ice hockey in the U8 team in Lempäälä, and got a chance to step onto the arena with his team during the intermission of a national league match. The guys played for 5 minutes in the big Nokia Arena ice rink.

Naturally the parents wanted to accompany Sulo for the event, so I got a chance to spend an evening with the lovely twins: 3-year old Jalo and Hilja. It was an evening of a lot of rowdy play - for Hilja the naturalist without any clothes - running around the house, doing jigsaw puzzles and baking waffles. Just what mummi needed!
