Deep and crisp and even....

The forecasted cold weather arrived yesterday morning in the form of a deep frost; l took this photo when l went out to get a paper at 11:30.  The day itself was stunningly beautiful- the bluest of skies and not a cloud in sight.
Today the family are all coming around for lunch, our last celebration of the season.   Snow, if it does arrive in London, is on the cards from about 5pm tonight.  In extras l add yesterdays weather.
