Plate from "The Game of Cricket".

I was given this as a present. It has memories - poetry and prose - of the game, plus some lovely plates of watercolours. I particularly liked this one (Greenwich v Chelsea pensioners circa 1825, from a drawing attributed to Henry Alken snr). It reminded me of a Monty Python sketch.
