Snow Squall
It was the first time ever for me to get an alert about a snow squall.
While walking Zoe, my husband and I noticed that the sky was intense. There was an ominous dark blue cloud on the horizon to the north and a dark grey bank to the west. We were on our way back to the house when we got cell phone alerts about a snow squall with whiteout conditions.
We got home in time to drop off Zoe before the squall hit. I grabbed my camera and tripod and we drove over to St. Mary’s Church. I was hoping to capture the dramatic sky behind the statue, but the squall hit before we got there. It was still fun to capture the statue in the snow.
