Not a Pumpkin

My friend, Ernie, taught himself to create sculptures out of concrete. 
He is something of a Renaissance man whose creative energy seems to have no bounds both in artistic and mechanical directions.
I am drawn to his more subdued artistic works.  
This one is a cross of organic and mineral elements that has moved further into the organic realm over the years it has spent out in his garden.
