Ice breaker

Kev came back this morning to finish off the gazebo roof but wasn't able to complete it as it was too frosty. He wants to stick the roofing felt on with some tar stuff but it needs to be dry. The sun didn't rise enough over the front trees to dry it off. Frustrating.

I messaged the original gazebo man yesterday asking him to refund me the £208 I have paid out on replacement felt and additional timbers. He said he would but couldn't until next week when he gets paid himself. I'll believe it when I see it.

Daughter Number 2, Jasper and Josh joined me on walkies today. It's nearly 4 miles and Jasper did incredibly well. He kept asking "where's more crunchy mud GaGa?" He had a great time smashing the ice in the puddles. Super proud of him for walking so far without complaining once.
