Rings

Why do we wear them? On my pinkie finger are the wedding and eternity rings of my mum, who died nearly 18 months ago. I automatically put then on after her death and wear them to this day. On my ring finger, the rose gold wedding ring of my maternal grandmother (married c. 1903) which has been there for years.
