Truman Hall

is one of several residential blocks , all in sad extreme disrepair (and somewhat vandalised), at the former airbase at Sculthorpe, Norfolk UK. The base was active from 1942 to 1992, and used by the US to house B45 bomber aircraft as part of the nuclear deterrent after WW2.

Harry S Truman was US President from 1945 to1953 and helped establish NATO and the UN as well as other measures in response to the cold war.
