Simple things

Sleep...a cooler night gave me the chance for some well needed sleep.

My lovely Lady is visiting our friends in Bristol and I never sleep well when she is not there, so I must have been shattered to have drifted off as I did.

I had dreams of all kinds...none worth mentioning....but, I feel light headed and a little dozy this morning. Not much to say for today, just climbing wall again and then work as usual. Some food and some drink....the simple things in life....all very wonderful...all within reach....you just have to live it and love it...simple...and it all fits into the palm of your hand.
