Paused in the task of finding food.

Taking the opportunity to review what is on the book shelves in the study. In a folder which was in a file-box I found an interesting collection of school reports and exam papers. S and I were in classes at the same level but at different different secondary schools in Hamilton before going to Dunedin to attend University. We discovered that I had kept the exam papers for School Certificate (Form 5) and Scholarship (Upper 6th form). S was particularly interested in the English exam papers. I guess daughter C will be interested to see them too.

BUT ... I feel overwhelmed by how much I have not previously thrown away, and I need to deal with that. Some is an interesting look at myself in retrospect, and other papers were things that interested me; such as the text of the Reith Lectures given by Onora O'Neill just over 20 years ago
