Day 210 of 365 - Lily Pads!

Welcome to day 210 of 365 (Finished image after Editing)

The original photo was taken late this afternoon at the Tocil Pool and Wetlands area. This is near to the edge of the Warwick University Campus. The image is looking out past the Lily Pads across the lake.

As always the shot was taken with my iPhone 5. The photo was taken using the camera App 645 PRO Mk II for iPhone, saved as a TIFF file before any editing. The original image can be found here: Unedited original Image.

First of all I used Snapseed to edit the image. This was done by adjusting and boosting the Ambiance, Contrast and Saturation. I also added a little extra detail by sharpening the image and adding a little extra structure. I then used the app called Photo Copier to apply a reproduction of the tone, texture, grain and detail of the artist Monet's painting called - Haystack at the End of Summer. After that I used an app called Gradgram to apply a blue colour tone to the sky and water using a preset called Cool Mint Horizon. Finally I used the app Laminar to apply the Caquelure FX and the Snap Stack frame to the image.
