Boxing Day

Boxing Day, and we had a quiet day. TT and I did get ourselves out for a Boxing Day walk. We parked in Dirleton, and walked through the Archerfield Estate and along the JohnnMuir Way to Gullane. We walked down to the beach, and started walking along the coast to Yellowcraig. We couldn’t believe how many people had had the same idea, and were in a trail of people.

I could tell TT wasn’t happy, but thankfully they pretty much all took a track that I think must have taken them back to Gullane, while we kept going, and we hardly saw anyone until we got to hear Yellowcraig. Apart from the bysy section, it was a lovely walk. We then headed home and had a late lunch.

Later TT made tea, and we watched a bit of TV. The sea was very calm today, as the recent winds have died down.
