Snow day

A stunning sunrise and what a beautiful snow day. Nine Mile Burn became an alpine village with people flooding out from Edinburgh and around about looking for somewhere to sledge. 

I took myself out of the way, off the beaten track to enjoy it in peace.

After yesterday's snowfall, last night's epic aurora (see yesterday's blip) and today's stunning sunrise and sunshine, I'm very much (finally) feeling the holiday vibe. Just glorious.
