New Moon And the Shipping Forecast

We drove back to Devon today on a glorious but cold day, looking at, and following, a sliver of a New Moon. Looking forward to getting back to normal but we will be missing our family.
Yesterday it was 100 years since the shipping forecast was first broadcast on the radio. It was called Weather Shipping. From October 1925 it has been broadcast by the BBC. The extra is my own little boat, made for me in Bolton by a friend. In all weathers, but depending on the shipping forecast, it usually puts to sea in Anglesey.
