Bluebird skies so up early and up into the Pentlands. The Hillend gate was shut so we got the last space in the car park and hoofed it up from the bottom. Ice ice baby, it was a slipsliding kinda jaunt up Allermuir and over to Caerketton.
So beautiful up top, bracing wind but wow, did it make you feel alive again, soul food.

Then down to Gala to see a ‘romcom’ We Live in Time’
Phenomenal film with incredible acting however the subject matter was rom but not com with a moving depiction of a couple dealing with ovarian cancer. Far too close to home for those sitting either side of me :(
