A Wee Pause

On our bench which is about half way around our circuit. It was sunny but very chilly. 

SiL, Steve hired a van today and with his friend Lewis did, I think 3 trips between Fetcham and Merrow transporting various stuff. Penny was on her own with little Ottilie so Layla and I were together for much of the day. I got a nurse appointment regarding my dodgy finger and they sent me off for an X-ray. Amazingly I got an appointment for this within the hour - literally. Less happily, apparently I have a minute fracture on the knuckle and suggested I went off to A&E to get it seen to. I do not have a spare 10 hours, and anyway A&E are quite busy enough without looking a minor injuries. So I went back to the Dr surgery - no, no nurse appointment till Monday morning. Sigh. And  3 hour+ wait at the Walk In critical care centre in Woking. And they were full for today anyway. So it looks like any remedials will have to wait till Monday.
