View from the cancer centre

I had a routine review. It went smoothly and they suggested I had a blood test today instead of on Monday. Unfortunately, the Trust is rationing the use of Port needles because they don't have enough!! So, a very nice nurse managed to find a vein... first time - hooray!
We came home on a packed commuter train with lots of coughing passengers - a bit like Russian roulette with germs.
