Dirty Windows
Woke up to a cold and frosty morning but with brilliant sunshine.
Tim and Adele both working from home today so l packed up all my belongings and made a quick coffee and slice of toast.
In between meetings Tim drove me to Hebden Railway Station to catch my bus, we made it by the skin of our teeth.
All connections were smooth transactions and l was home at lunchtime.
Took this photograph out of the window of the first bus. Very poor vision because the roads had been heavily gritted and the windows were fully splashed.
Added some extra saturation and contrast but it’s not far off the original so it’s my abstract, thanks Ingeborg for hosting AT ( no theme as it’s the first Thursday of the month).
Not really stopped since l got home unpacked, two full loads of washing on the go.
Trip to the supermarket for fruit and vegetables.
Prepared some salads and my breakfast Bircher, meals returning to normal.Still a few treats to eat up though.
Have enjoyed the festive fare over the past couple of weeks but pleased to get back to my usual eating routine.
Parcels posted and collected , then l drove over to Skipton to get all the gifts and clothes l had left there.
Now going to have a relaxing evening catching up on some TV recordings.
A long bath and a manicure first.
