At last I can see what I am posting and, even better, what you are posting. I will still have to catch up with commenting when I get back.

It’s holiday season here, most offices are closed until the 6th and schools until the end of the month. We walked to the Opera House with the crowds on the quay (first extra), then into the Botanical Gardens mainly to look at our favourites, the succulents and cacti (second extra). It’s unusually cool, windy and grey today but hot sun will be resumed all too soon.
