St. John’s Wort …..

….. ….. ….. also known as Hypericum.
St. John’s Wort has made a significant contribution in many medical situations.
I was fortunate to have a homeopathic version with me on a plane trip back to NZ, when a chap was experiencing severe pain following his bare foot coming into contact with a crown of thorns starfish. Yes he said, I’ll give that a go. I think he’d have given anything a go! 15 mins later? Yes the hypericum had worked. An unusual and uncommon occurrence. I’m not suggesting any other uses!

We got together with the friends who’ve just arrived back from Germany and heard about all their adventures. What an amazing place Germany is over Christmas & New Year.
