2025 at Wrightsville Beach

We had to start the new year with a walk on the beach. The temperature was 58F but the wind made it feel colder. They had a polar plunge in the morning here but at noon there was no sign of it. We also bought a new refrigerator today. Love those sales. We got a good deal on a Bosch. We got a new one with the house three years ago, but it was a side-by-side and so annoying. So little room and always moving one thing to get to another. The outside of the old one would take in a rusty hue from time to time in the hot weather. I’ll try to sell it when the new one comes. Have also been doing some New Year tidying up, letting go of some stuff too. I am kind of tired of having football on today, Jon does tolerate my basketball obsession so I’ll go with it. Looking forward to 4 more days off before I’m back to work.
