Coronal Aurora

A spectacular sight at nearly 2am this morning. I noticed the glow new we had had a solar flare. Put on as many layers as I could as quickly as I could. -15c outside. And headed out to admire the pulsing show of nature's fireworks. Ended up lying down in the snow and looking up as it was straight overhead. A magical experience as always! I could hear trees cracking in the cooler temperatures and silence. Nature was singing her song tonight.

Dawn brought beautiful sunny day and some lovely dog walks and more games and relaxing. Along with recording tomorrow's podcast on new year intentions.
