A surprise & surprising crowd

One of our church family invited all their friends to join him and his wife at church and then to stay for lunch afterwards, to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary. The husband arranged it as a surprise for his wife. :-)

It meant that we had well over 100 in church and afterwards for lunch. The 3 of us in the kitchen were somewhat surprised by lots of it too. It was wonderful to have such a crowd join us - the logistics were a bit breathtaking; even overwhelming at times. :-))

At the end of the day, Elbows and I, NoaNoa and MightyMouse went to see Gladiator 2. Epic film. Fabulous film.
