Happy New Year

It was really windy over night and I lay awake listening to it.

It was better in the morning so after breakfast we went to a cafe that had been recommended for lunch. It was lovely.

We then drove to a beach that I remember visiting when I lived here. There were lots of people and their dogs. It was once again rather breezy.

We’ve had a lovely stay.

Yesterday a good friend was found dead in her house. She too had a Welsh Terrier and I saw her recently for a Welsh Terrier walk. I keep crying as I can’t believe that she has gone. She was much loved.
