Wednesday: 2025 - HAPPY NEW YEAR

THIS MORNING: It’s still quite mild, the wind has dropped but it’s a miserable grey day, with rain showers - to cheer myself up I’m checking through my stock of flower seeds, inspired by this morning’s email from Ben Higgledy. If you’re thinking of starting seeds off there are going to be some bargains over the next coming weeks, this is the first:

The special pack of seeds which I treated myself to back in 2023 - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3177028978758126209 - are still going strong, each packet has a very generous amount of seeds and they germinated well :-)

By evening we’ve had showers of rain which have cleared, there’s blue sky as the sun is setting, temperature has dropped to 5°C I’ve lit the log burner because I think it might be a chilly night.
