New Year's Day

It was very wet this morning but dried up by lunchtime, so mum and I went for a very pleasant walk along the railway path. With all the rain the Bothlin Burn was very full and running very fast. The weir was looking fairly spectacular (main and extra).

Later in the afternoon my older brother and his wife came over and we had a very nice New Year's Day dinner together.
