Snow on the Hills.

Happy New Year and all my best wishes for a Happy and Healthy 2025.
In the best New Year's Day tradition we set off for a walk this afternoon, after the torrential rain of the last few days had finally stopped. Driving out of our valley up to Mugdock Park, we stopped to take this photo of our local hills covered in fresh snow. Our house is a few hundred metres below the snow line. It's going to be a hard frost tonight now the skies have cleared.
