Choices

In this household we prefer a puff pastry mince pie; somewhat controversial.

Two mince pies on a plate, 40 seconds in the microwave oven, pop the pastry lid off and top with your choice; homemade “hard” sauce with a rum base, or bought clotted cream brandy butter.

Served with freshly brewed coffee.
