Encourage your future scientist? (Widwed010125)

The newly built wall, next to the village chippy has a few blocks which might be containing fossils, so as Ariadne is very interested in that sort of thing, we walked along there today so she could see them.  
See the extra for the type of thing we have been finding.
Feel free to say so if this is not a fossil or similar.

I suppose this is the season for entertaining grandchildren before they return to school? There's certainly not much photogenic material in our current weather set-up!

For Wide Wednesday, I'll leave it to Friday to make the awards which should give everyone time to recover from the new year celebrations an get their blips uploaded.
