This is the notorious Turbo Island, a holdout against gentrification or a focal point for anti social behaviour?

I took the dog for a long walk into town this morning to make good use of the New Year. We had people around last night for some food, chat and games but it was fairly sober. Anyway, the dog walk was wet and windy and, probably, all the better for that.
