All Is Quiet...

...on New Year's Day.

And chilly too, but now the sun is shining and the early rain has passed.

J and I spent a quiet NYE together at home with the pups. It is so expensive to go out and hard to get home again, as taxis can be a bit scarce in the early hours.

But we didn't mind. I think we have done quite enough celebrating for one year! Bruno took himself off to bed shortly after 12 and Duke cowered a bit from the few fireworks going off in the vicinity.

Hope you had a good one and it wasn't all cancelled due to bad weather.
