There was some rain during the night!

Happy New Year to my Blipfoto friends/followers. Unfortunately you could say that seeing the New Year in was rather a washout!! I joined family for a lovely meal at the Botonist restaurant in Stonegate, a real treat both food and cocktails really tasty. When we stepped out the skies were crying heavily, younger family members headed for a pub and I hotfooted it back to my car and drove home. A good thing I did as Jimmy had been upset (fireworks? early evening?) and had got himself shut in the bathroom which has a self closing door. He was very pleased to see me and very clingy for the rest of the evening.
