Frosty Start

There seemed to be some early mist on the lake this morning, so I dashed out to see, only to find the mist had dissipated and sunshine was already kissing the far shore. However, it was frosty and some of the leaves had white outlines to their veins.

I used my 8mm lens again to get really close to one or two, making them big in the frame and setting them in context.

A difficult one to edit because of the wide dynamic range. The foreground was in shadow, but I still wanted to get that frosty feel.
