Bye bye 2024

I can’t say 2024 has been the best year, especially health wise, with the notable exception of my youngest son’s joyous wedding. 2025 must do better. Maybe not globally of course, I just mean in my little world.

On my walk to town today I discovered that the Chaenomeles hedge in my front garden has started blooming reeeeally early and it’s such a cheerful sight. So it had to be my blip to mark the turn of the year. Happy new year dear blippers, what a brilliant, friendly and kind community we’re part of :-))
