I think I may have blipped this before - a gift from a friend on their return from spending Christmas and New Year with family in Madagascar many years ago. Tiny little models of traditional Malagasy musical instruments. I'm hoping that my title is Happy New Year in Malagasy and Google translate isn't playing tricks.

My only alternative photos were the gas and electricity meter readings, and the street light outside our bedroom window which is one of B's current bonnet-dwelling bees. I'm hoping for a calmer outlook for some of those bees in 2025. And for calmer outlooks on so many other fronts.
