Countdown!

Still with our friends on Cowshill. It's been a very wet and stormy day. After a lazy morning with bacon rolls, listening to the wind howling around the cottage, we did venture out. If nothing else Max needed out after all. We went through the village and watched the river and the masses of water that was coming down the force - quite amazing. 
We then took the car for a drive through Weardale and adjoining fells and villages. On a dry clear this area will be breathtakingly beautiful.
We are now sitting down to a Chinese takeaway and a glass of wine and it's countdown to 2025.
