Last Photo of the Day/Year …

… after a superb day of skinning up (extra) to ski down (extra) in the powder snow. We ended up in this magical frozen valley that hasn’t seen the sun for a couple of months or so and certainly won’t see it for another month at least. The trees have remained frozen after the big snowfall on the 23rd,. What a way to end the year with my great friends, Steve and Francoise. Without them I would not be able to enjoy these special moments in time. Without Blip I wouldn’t record these moments with such determination. I am so lucky to have the health to be able to bring our beautiful area to you. Another year goes by with thankfulness for the life I have, when so many people/animals/the Earth, are suffering one way or another. I wish you a gentle passage into 2025.
