last light of 2024

Not the best of years - losing two family members, a good friend’s mum, and my beautiful Nelly. Took this in the kitchen as the light was fading and just the fairylights on. The big picture on the wall of the New York taxi is one of Stewart’s.
The fleece I ordered came today - such beautiful colours. Mr I is already eyeing it up reminding me that I haven’t made him a new fleece for over a year. So I’m making three - one for Tom, one for Mr I, and one for myself.
