Christmas

It was a quiet Christmas - only 9 of us this year, but we had a good time. We opened presents at my mum's first, before going to my sister's where more presents were exchanged.
Then we started eating the aperitif, with the puff pastry Christmas tree, filled with tapenade that Lucie made. There were also canapés. For starters we had seafood vol-au-vents,  the mains dish was duck with Katya's gratin Dauphinois and fine beans, the cheese. We had a small break before the desserts, two Christmas log - one sponge roll made by my sister, one iced nougat and raspberry sorbet, that I bought.
The weather was beautiful so we had a short walk, then played Rummikub and a  neverending game of Uno!
Extra is the view of the Vercors from my sister's house.
