Visiting

A very different day today, as I accompanied B to her parents house. One of her many visits in order to accompany her father to hospital appointments. They are Portuguese,  and luckily I was able recall enough random Spanish, to have reasonably good communication with them. After a beautiful lunch, I was shown the garden, with fruit trees, a fig tree covered with a net, pumpkins and tomatoes. All rather difficult to maintain at their age, so son and B help out. Back home late afternoon,  and it's muggy. M has just arrived home from his first day at a new job, we are all rather tired and it's doubtful we will see in the New Year!
