Words don't come easily

Sundays. 

And also that awful between Christmas and New Year 

And also the realisation that I'm off work for a while.   

I got signed off just before we went on holiday.   

The anxiety and panic which I have been suffering peaked and the doctor and family suggested the only way over it is to remove myself from the environment 

So I have 

And the sea makes me feel better 

I felt a load better after sitting here for a while 

I'll get there .... And the pills remain in their packet
