My Great Granddaughter

My granddaughter came to visit with her 3 year old daughter, she’s a little star.
It was sad they only stayed for 3 hours but they had another call to make to her other auntie in North London . It was good to see them all the same.
I felt better today , so ordered a cab & went to Waitrose for a top up before the New Year. The store was very quiet , so I was able to get the few bits I needed & got a cab back home. K came up for an hour to see her niece , she then took her to the station that saved waiting for buses.
We’ve had quite a good day weather wise but by all accounts it’s “ Barton down” tomorrow . Seems sad that it’s going to affect many displays tomorrow night due to these expected high winds.
