Nuts

After Saturday's mixed experiences going to watch Queen's Park play football, I have been pondering what to do this coming Saturday. 

The football is there if I want it (home match against Livingston) but... 

The cinema or theatre have been in my mind, but everything in the theatres is "seasonal" at the moment - like Scottish Ballet's choice of The Nutcracker (probably they do it every year at this time because it brings in the money). 

Not from me, anyway. 

The way the weather forecast looks I will not be buying a ticket in advance for anything, and will wait to see how the travel might work out. 

Meantime the last Monday of 2024 has slipped away quite peacefully. I went to the library. I ate lunch at the Cafe Wemyss. I raided the Polish deli. Then I moved on to Krafty where they sell the interesting beers I bought last week.
