Better late than never…

I got home at 7.30 last night, so pleased to be home.

My plan for Christmas Day was to show our Christmas tree but it didn’t work out that well.

I went to retrieve our faithful, faux, fake, artificial Christmas tree from storage only to find it completely unusable. The strings of lights used to adorn the tree were also useless and appeared to have been nibbled by mice.

“Go into garden and find something in a pot” was the helpful suggestion

So here we have one of our olive trees, suitably decorated by our visiting family, to form a Mediterranean Christmas tree.
